What is Counseling?

Counseling, also known as talk therapy, is a collaborative process between a trained therapist and a client. It provides a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to develop coping strategies and solutions for their concerns.

We partner with Arena Counseling to provide mental-health services to our patients. We provide compassionate and supportive care to help you navigate life's challenges, manage stress, and improve your mental and emotional well-being.
